So, since these bugs are so fast, if it looks like you're going to be moving before that Beautifly that's somewhere around here, regardless of whether you see it, I would HIGHLY recommend grounding yourself if you don't want to get blown away. Do whatever else you wish to defend yourself, just don't go down or get removed from the battle if you can help it. Though it would certainly be HIGHLY appreciated if you were to shut down at least one of those bugs completely with Spore or Confuse Ray. The faster we end this, the better off we'll all be. Speaking of which..."
Out comes Arbok!
"Arbok, if that Shedinja starts looking aggressive when it shows up, knock it silly! And then keep the pressure on it! I want that husk down in the next few seconds! Felicia, back him up!" Reiner's got a hand on one of his key stones again, that chilling purple light present once more as Arbok Mega Evolves!
Angelica's next on the list, followed by Petrel to keep up appearances. Whew, Reiner's orders are coming FAST!
"Angelica, I want that Beautifly paralyzed as soon as it shows up. We can't heal for now, so go on the offense or run what support you can once that's done. Looker, do your thing and obliterate stuff however you see fit!"

Strong, strong recommendation to use Ingrain if Beautifly doesn't immediately appear or looks to be prepping to use Whirlwind (Yes, Ingrain can still be used when Heal Block is active. It won't heal HP, but Shiinotic can't be blown away if he's rooted to the ground, which is great since Shiinotic is the only pokemon that can be targeted by the move currently. Strength Sap is completely nullified, unfortunately.) Recommendations are about all Reiner's going to give Shiinotic, though he would highly appreciate it if Shiinotic were to do a little crippling for everyone's sake...
Note: +2 additional Defense from that X Defense!
Mega-Arbok
4 Actions. If Shedinja is about to attack when it shows up again, Sucker Punch (Crunch instead if Arbok has a higher Initiative than Shedinja)! And following that, a whole load of non-lethal Crunches. Let's see how that bug likes taking a bunch more SE dark and ghost damage. If Shedinja is KOed, switch to using Ice Fang on Beautifly.
Note: Mega Boost gives him another +1 to all attributes. Petrify will reduce enemy Dex by 1 and give all of Arbok's attacking moves 2 additional flinch chance dice. And if he gets a 5 or 6 on his initiative roll, he's going first.
Felicia
Also 4 actions. Loads of Bite attacks on Shedinja! And following that, Power Gems (learned for 32 exp if used) on Beautifly once Shedinja is KOed.
Note: Don't forget Bite also gets a Technician boost!
Blissey
Paralyze that Beautifly when it shows up, then join the offense! No specific orders from Reiner concerning how many actions and what kind of offense, but Shadow Ball on Shedinja and other damaging moves on Beautifly should be fairly obvious. Or Blissey could use Helping Hand as well. Reiner's going to leave the final decision up to Angelica.

Still on standby for now, unless she feels she absolutely has to get involved. Maybe she sets up an Amnesia in the meantime so she's a little more prepared if she does have to? Up to her, I guess, since Reiner's not ordering her around this round.
