No. Ventus is just going to assume that its his own reaction to the vision, and he doesn't want to bother or rile up any horrid feelings in them like he is want to do when asking for their status. Its what landed them in the clinic in the first place, so Ven doesn't want to do anything that would prolong their stay their, if you know what I mean.
He also had the chance to say something about the vision itself, but since they didn't/Shiva beat them to the punch, it has been left unspoken....
