Well, I'm completely willing to give you Slowking, if for no other reason that its a great idea to keep a Lore wise Pokémon around in this campaign, but I want something in exchange for it as well. I just don't want to give away yet another valuable Item/Pokémon to Nathan without sufficient reason, but I also don't want to trade it away when its knowledge of Lore and Legends can greatly help out the party in the future, so if that is that, I suppose. Giving it to Shiva is also an option as well, but since see doesn't care much about History unless its connected to the Magical/its presented the right way, that is not too good of an idea as well.
Fair enough. Nathan just doesn't have a whole lot he can give currently. Zubat aren't exactly worth very much if they aren't shiny or incredibly exceptional (knowing Taunt probably isn't exceptional enough). Nathan would probably be more than willing to pay Ventus back later when he does find something (and debts are something he takes seriously, as we've seen already).
Unless Ventus would maybe find it interesting to look through Nathan's Journal? Knowledge has its own value, after all. And since Slowking is a pokemon that Nathan would have a decent personal interest in, he might be willing to let Ventus flip through the contents of his journal...
