Yeah, Meowth spent a REALLY long time working on his human speech. Or rather, pronunciation, apparently...but now he can't use moves, period (not even ones he knew before he started walking on two feet and talking). Really interesting trade off, and not one most would probably look for...and not even cloning him could mimic his hard work (though a reflection of him could...hmmm...)
