Eh, anyway, since that Poochyena seems to be a harmless adaptation, that eases things a little for me. Hmm, I wonder whether it will keep its Butterfree wings and ability they give him upon evolving? I really like Mightyena, but they only seem to obey 'Trainers that show superior skill, which they recognize as the alpha leader'. Interestingly, it still has zero Disobedience... I interpret 'superior skills' not directly as 'superior skills in Pokemon Battling'.

There's one more line in the 'dex entry that explains Mightyena's lack of disobedience:

They are extremely obedient once they find a master.

Reminds me of the Ralts line a little.  A bit unruly for the most part, but when fully evolved, they're the most loyal companions you could possibly ask for.  Maybe even a little TOO loyal sometimes...
