The researcher gave the dancer a questioning look at their rebuttal, as he would be more than glad to help them awaken the boy, but in the end he just gave them a nod and exited Nate's 'room'. Hopefully they would get up and prepared soon, as they wanted to get the tent put up so they could join in the conversation that Shiva was hosting with those travelers!

'So they have workers/guards dedicated to turning others away, but they haven't fortified the area just yet, or whatever 'research' they are conducting doesn't require such preventive measures. Hmm... we might be able to pass through the Divide after all, if we plan out our approach cleverally enough, but I need to hear everyone else's opinion on how they wish to proceed. I would like to get to Stair ASAP myself, but there is no 'I' or 'Myself' in a group , so if they wish to take the detour and avoid confronation with Almanac for the time being, then so be it,' he thought to himself, pondering over this last piece of information before he nodded his head and gave both the weary travelers another friendly smile, and bowed to them.

I wish you both a pleasant day!" With that said, the empath excused himself from the conversation, and patiently waited for everyone to regroup so that they are could decide upon a course of action. The sooner it happened, the better, as the longer they dallied, the more they would be set back on their epic journey!
