Okay, if Shiva/her mind sucessfully prevented self-blaming, now she could barely hold it back anymore. Listening to Ven's explanation of what has happened, she replied to that with yet another - half - facepalm and impercible but clearly displeased sigh, before suprisingly(?) placing one of her hands faintly on one of Ven's.
