If you press C, a message will come up with "Is this the Pokemon you want?" Select "yes", and the informatiotion of which Pokemon I'd like to have for it. In this case, your Jackdeary. Again C, selcet your shiny Bunny from you party and that's it - the trade will be fulfilled.
