[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

Hmmm...Ground and Rock...what if we throw in Grass as well since Forest's Curse support is an option?  Let's see...you're then 2x weak to Grass and Water, 4x weak to Ice, still 2x weak to fighting, 2x weak to bug, Fire is neutral, Poison is neutral, Ground is neutral, and Flying is also now neutral...yeah, never mind.  That probably causes a lot more problems than it fixes.

However, maybe Rhyperior would be a bit better at convincing you it's not a terrible idea.  Solid Rock is an AMAZING ability (all SE moves do -1 damage, which can completely eliminate your 2x weaknesses and still help with 4x ones.  And with Solid Rock, Rock/Ground/Grass effectively only has one weakness to Ice, surprisingly. Even without Forest's Curse, Rhyperior with Solid Rock are still only effectively weak to 2 types and have quite a few more resistances), and the one you're Rhyhorn will have if it evolves into Rhyperior since it has Rock Head.  The only trick would be getting a Protector...
