UPDATE: I've added an Offensive Defog set to the list now. Coatlith's one of the better hazard removers as well if you play it correctly, which I think is great.
Also, on the note of the set designed for Chlorophyll, there's a reason Sunny Day is listed as an option there. Unlike poor Gellin, Coatlith can actually afford to give up a moveslot to set up its own Sun, thankfully, due to the amount of coverage Earth Power gives it. And yes, investing more speed for if you can't get the Sun up is certainly an option.
