No, I talking copy the abilities of Reiner. Remember, ditto species can copy pokemon, but Gaspar can copy human body too, so in theory he could copy Reiner body AND abilities. If Reiner in the body with his bodies, use Gaspar with his conection of Mew and his psychic powers, this could help to bring Mina back to life, or at least give a little boost of power to Mew. That of course if Lord Windos permit since he is the Master, and judge any action we can do. Its just a idea I have. Like I say, its just a theory.

I highly doubt that would help. Mew didn't need Reiner's assistance before, so Reiner shouldn't need assistance now other than guidance on what to do just to be on the safe side.  Distractions are liable to mess him up fairly easily.

Ironically, I was wondering if Transform could be used to make Mew take Reiner's form as well, but for obviously different reasons. Based on some stuff Windos has said already, I think it should be possible...but Reiner will have to ask Mew about what might happen first.
