Sounds like a reasonable nerf if a Shield move is used at the right time.

Yeah, the 'dex entry predated the actual attack and all that.  Still, I found it funny that Gardevoir can actually create a Black Hole in the games as of Sun and Moon, finally showing that the Pokedex entry wasn't lying

Good thing Megas and Primals can't use Z-moves, period, right?  Or Rayquaza would be having a LOT of fun in Anything Goes...

If I were Gamefreak, I'd actually make that a Special Z Move for Garvedour, with the appropreiately High BP + Effect and resulting in them Fainting upon using it. Pretty neat, right?

Raquaza can in my campaign, but if you ever get the opportunity to see them use it, chances are you dun fucked up something FIERCE.
