Suggested Move-set Changes
#2
Correct me if I'm wrong, but your main reason for wanting to change the mons' level-up learnsets is so that they can be more viable at a lower level in a randomizer playthrough? If so I don't think that's reason enough mate. Randomizer is supposed to be hard, that's the whole point of it.

All the mons you mention have more than decent options in their entire movepool, what would be the use of TMs and Tutors and chainbreeding if they learnt everything by levelling up? I'm more than happy with the moves that pokemon are supposed to learn as of this stage of the game's development. They're aren't many who wished they had something they don't already (Yes, you could always argue that this one pokemon could do better with that one coverage or support move but that's how they were intended to be). All in all, PU's pokemon have access to a fair amount of good and usable moves in their final evolution stage, you just gotta get there. Who cares if preevos don't learn 150 BP stab moves? It's not like you're gonna use your playthrough mons competitively. And that's the thing, pokemon ARE mediocre unless played competitively, and that's also what makes the adventure fun, you don't want to speedrun your game because of overpowered low-levelled mons, do you?

Now if there's one change I'd like to see happen, it's that all of the unobtainable egg moves become obtainable. They're clearly moves that are supposed to be taught since their data is already ingame, but the egg group limitations prevent you from passing them on.

Let me just say that I do respect your opinion and there's no hard feeling in what I said, I just don't agree with you on the most part.
