Oh hey, nope, I didn't actually mean that Shiva and Ven would battle together 'gainst an opponent, but against an NPC where Shiva would bring up four Pokemon and the foes does so as well for the sake of collecting some XP and enjoy a friendly training battle, while Ven would be free to find his own battle OR watch hers and dunno, analize or give her critique afterwards... However, if you REALLY want to battle alongside her...?

Opp, my mistake! I thought you wanted to have a DB with Ventus, so sorry about that! No, I would most likely hold my own battle with Apsis all by myself, as I really want to get a particular move for her before moving onto to train the rest of my team! He'll off compliments and praise for your battle while's in the middle of his, though, so don't worry about her not having a cheerleader for their fight!

Also, now that I remember, shouldn't we also Evolve Helios into Alakazam, sinc he has sufficiently high loyalty not to go bezerk/ignore the heck out of you in the middle of the battle?
