As for a wager, nothing too harsh... 400$ sound alright to her? On her side, Kyuu and Nighshade will open the battle, Poochyena(!) and Cottonee as third and fourth Pokemon.
Azurill can play or splash at the Fountain meanwhile, or be recalled into her Pokeball if she desires.
