Sounds about right to me, mate, so we'll roll for this rule implementation for now!
As for 5 Vitality, given the way Gym Badges works in this game, their is the potential for Ventus to get 6 Vitality, thanks the appropreite pair adding + 1 to an Attribute. He'll surely have Lairon abs at the point in time, hehehe!
