You know that Shiva has your back unless Ven hurts her on full purpose. Besides, when do you think Ven will be free to be introduced to her father? Shiva will video-call him anyway when she can find the muse and time to do so during stay in Stair, probably soon after having met up with Professor Quickbeam concerning that Pancham. Could also be interesting to call him after having known of Delta Houndour, as he certainly will notice that his daughter is not doing too well but pleased to hear that she has her own Pokemon and a young man with orange hair to help her cope.

He's pretty much free all day long since he set it aside to spend it just with you, so having the conversation today would be the most optimal time before he wanders off to do his own thing in this great big city, either battling, making money, or both!
