I'm still kinda thinking Yena and Orthros might get along fairly well, tbh.  They're both incredibly loyal, somewhat strange dogs after all.

I actually hope they do, since the 'Good' Strange Dog trusting and bonding with the other 'Bad' one might help Ventus loosen up even more in regard to Orthros. Not enough that he'll ever trust or like it, per say, but at least decrease any hostility to manageable levels! That, and seeing the mutts form a pack would be an interesting thing for all our characters to bear witness too....once they get over the Nighmare Beast's in the place, that is.
