Nope, I think Yena will pick up that Master dislikes that other dog and Shiva actually feels better to have STAB-SE-Bite from him whenever Orthros comes too close. Or just to feels a little safe on her own.

In that case, Ventus might treat Orthros even more negatively, because if Yena, a Dark type Dog Pokémon known for its loyalty to potential pack mates, doesn't like or trust it one bit, then why the heck should he give it any more leeway?
