I don't think it's based on any real world location. And they have more Deltas than anyone. They're ahead of the rest of the world in technology (in other words, their fangame has more features and made up/implemented items than any other).


Hmmm...fair enough interpretation.  Where will we stick it on the timeline, though?

Maybe the events of Insurgence have yet to occur?  Putting them a few years in the future would certainly save me a bit of a headache in my note taking...
