Windos, if you obtain Kingdra, I'll let you pick the ability. But I was thinking Sniper fits his personality a bit better. On the other hand, a lordly Pokemon with Swift Swim kept in a tiny tank is a pretty good backstory, so I'll leave it up to you.

Swift Swim it is, then, since teaching Rain Dance via tutoring or TM is most likely going to be less time/Poke expensive than either learning Focus Energy or obtaining a Scope Lens, and I need all those resources for my other Pokémon. That, and most of my Team sans Haneal or Michael doesn't suffer nor benefit much from Rain, so its not like such a move going to hinder me overtly....unless you think of a way, I mean.
