Receptionist: "Oh yes, we did have a Pinsir from Wineberry, but it turned out he was registered to a trainer after all. Quite a confusing mixup, actually. He was deposited back into the PC of a trainer from Cress City. I'm not surprised, because he did nothing but sulk while he was here."

"...*sigh*...he was sent here because his trainer never came to pick him up in Wineberry, so it wasn't a mixup at all.  Probably with good reason, considering that same trainer threatened me and my pokemon, but Pinsir itself was...well, just a bit zealous, it seems.  Do you happen to have that trainer's information?"
