I was also wondering that, since Shiva is working at the daycare center too, it would be possible for her to help tutor it Rain Dance in her free time, if at all possible, while my character tutors any of her Pokemon out that would be playing/helping in exchange.

I'm very certain that both is not possible, dear. Like, Shiva doesn't even know enough about Rain Dance yet to tutor this move.

However, if you're going to call Professor Mallorn tonight, it'd be cool if you'd let Shiva join! Good chance to show and ask him about Poochyena.
