[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole

A young girl in her early teens comes up to Shiva. She's carrying a Dagny's Gym lunchbox, and she's accompanied by her father, who is wearing a League cap and a stern but encouraging expression. He hangs back.

"Are you the one with the Snubbull? Oh...I'm looking to purchase my first Pokemon. I really wanted a Fairy type who could play with me as well as help me catch others. Daddy says having a disobedient Pokemon builds character and teaches life lessons. But Daddy says an untrained and fairly common Pokemon isn't worth more than $1000. So that's what I brought; I've been saving up. What do you think? And Snubbull, what do you think?"

Snubbull just looks longingly out the window, but makes no protest.

"Oh, don't worry, I'll take you on plenty of walks and adventures. Just another year and I'll be old enough to travel by myself. In the meantime, we'll train up and get to know each other."

Shiva was just rummaging and reading through a few of the native songs from Hog Potato/Peanut Swamp written in the book the Fortune Hunter sent her over, occassionaly halted by a little people-watching.  She closes it as that young girl approached her and patiently waits up for her to speak up. Naturally that she picks up that she'll pretty surely encouraged by her father to get this trade done on her own, but respectfully she doesn't comment on this. Actually, it was a bit sweet to see.

"True, that Snubbull belongs to me...yet, that is. How neat to see that you want to start journey with a Fairy Type. There's something special about those, more versality than a random person might think at first, and I find I very relieving to know that they'll protect you from fierce Dragon Types. They're not bonding with everyone, but if you're willing to spend a year getting Snubbull to enjoy your presence and listen to your latter commands in battle, I'm very fine to leave her in your care! 1000$ is very fine, thanks!~ I expected to get way less..." *glancing over to Snubbull* "She seems to have nothing against that as well. Take good care of her and raise her to be a brilliant Granbull, now will you? Remember her origins."

"Okay then, where was the Trading Machine on this floor again?" Besides, are there any PCs as well where Shiva could bring Cherubi into her party, taking the now free spot?

Once the trade has been conducted and goodbyes are shared...

That trade went rather well. Not only got she some sweet cash waiting to be spend here at the Department Store, but also brought a future Trainer with their Starter together. Well, actually that little girl become anything, not just a Trainer... Shiva might miss that Snubbull, maybe, but the positivity had clearly more weight...

Anyway, now with that done, time for business. She's been waiting for this , reconsidered and thought it over a few times, but nothing has changed about her decision. Still, there were safety measures to be taken, as neither would Shiva want that any of her party members accidently run into her just now (does the timeline actually allow Heart to acctually run into Shiva and vice versa?), nor would she want to arise any attention. Therefor, she was looking for a somewhat secure spot at first (possibly lady's room or  fitting room of a store) to put on the Ranger's cloak she bought earlier (it was indeed cozy, but not 'heavy'), tie all her long hair back and put on the hood of the cloak. Afterwards ... Ventus was somewhat right, removing glasses and applying a bunch of black eyeliner didn't change her appearance that much. Should be sufficient, though.

With that done and a nervous look behind, she made her way to elevator.

Where she heads though, is a discretion... I dunno whether you want to get that part done now via private messaging, @Iron. I've nothing against that as I can stay on for around 30minutes longer before going offline for the night, but I'm fine as well if you'd prefer to advance Nathan's battle or Hearts shopping trip now. Or get offline on your own.
