I can definitely see it going fairy type maybe with a moon stone, but poison? That's a interesting twist, then again Nidoran♀ was a poison type too with a similar color scheme. Hmmm a dusk stone could turn it dark.. Well you given me something to think on. 
I'm happy the way it turned out, I needed a normal type in the starting area to encounter. Base recipe for route one is a normal type, a bird of sorts and a bug of some kind. Although switching that up might be a good idea as well.
