Welp, in that case, I guess Ventus will have to pay a visit to the Shelter, tell them that he and Shiva will be away on a emergency situation to help Dagney save the city, before getting ready to leave the City and make a beeline for Arrowroot with the group.
Is it possible for him to get one last small battle with Apsis to get that last 2 XP needed for Poison Fang before then, though? I have enough money for a low level trainer battle to do so, but does everyone else just want to rush on out towards our destination?
