You know, I'm kinda wondering whether (in theory!) the Almanac is aware of Nuclear Type and produced alternatives to evolve an Eevee into a Nucleon. Like, they have artificial Megastones, Evostones and Anisseed+Almonds with crazy side effects, so why not that as well?

Who needs an alternative when all you have to do to eevee to evolve it into Nucleon is expose it to a large amount of nuclear radiation?  I don't think Almanac would have any problems with creating a portable nuclear reactor that can evolve eevee and potentially corrupt other pokemon if you're careless with it...not that Almanac would care about that second part.
