I agree. In my opinion the best type of Pokémon its a versality one. One with access with many useful moves both offencive then defencive. And Owten have excelent to use and abuse a lot about Serene Grace.

Well, other pokemon have more to abuse with Serene Grace if we consider Tutor, Egg, and TM moves...Blissey probably being the one with the most at the expense of not having any to start with in her level up moves...
