Evolving a Scyther is interesting. He actually loses a point in disobedience. But to evolve him, you have to trade him, which often costs a Loyalty/Happiness point (I allow an Insight roll to avoid this on a Pokemon you've been working with for a while).
So it may be best to evolve him while his loyalty and happiness are still 0?
