Shiva is still carrying a bouquet of wildflowers, one of them in her hair. For now though, she packs the bouquet away into the wooden crate she found way earlier, before turning back to Ven. It probably doesn't need words to say that she hopes that he'll take good care of it and displays thankfulness for her bringing a new appreciated Pokemon to him, so for now she only takes his hand and motions that from her side, they can go find the others then. Wherever they may be... There was still plently of journey left, and Shiva will be able to restore any still missing energy along the way.
