Dont know. Perhaps Heart ask some tips about raise a Scyther who knows since Nathan have one?

Ventus was the one who caught a Scyther, not Nathan.  And that Scyther was traded away for Lucifer the Noibat before he ever got used, as well.  If asked, Nathan would maybe have some general tips about raising highly disobedient pokemon since he has a few himself, but that's about all he'd be able to offer Heart.
