I personally suspect she has around 6-7 Base HP as Quetzoral, and will have either Apsis or Dragonair's Base HP when they reach their final evolution, since I doubt he would give me a Pokémon with Miltonic's Base HP without + 6 Disobedience on them, or something....

Good guess on Quetzoral.  In the writers' system, Quetzoral would have 7 Base HP.  And Coatlith...would have about as much as Onix in that system.

What. What. That's....that's ridiculous, mate! No way in hell will Iron give it that much HP, as it would be a Game breaking in of itself by the time it reached that point!
