(...) and can Ventus pick up Move Tutoring for himself as a Speciality, Iron? A lot of his Pokémon have need of that type of utility, and the group could use another person with more freedom to Tutor their Pokémon, so its a valid option to bolster his effective strength as a supporter.

I have nothing against that (in fact, I'm amused that my ideas serve as an inspiration for others!), but keep in mind that this too is something Shiva started. Tutoring isn't something easy, currently she is the one in the party with the most - actually, only - experience in it.
