Only on second glance I realized how useful a/this Vaporeon would be against Dagny and her Steel Types! +2 Defense thanks to Acid Armor, now even with constant healing of 1 HP for four Rounds with Aqua Ring (both even uses Nature-Speciality in Accuracy Roll, so handy for my chara), and all along Steel is not very effective on Water. 3 CD to confuse the foe on STAB-Water Pulse are rather nice as well. Of course, depends what second Type her Steel Types have.

And, a third Helping Hand User for Shiva! (Meowstic learns it for 0XP when evolving, and no costs for this move on all Eeveelutions either) I really began to like this move.
