'Mew' is pretty glad 'she' can turn invisible right about now (though that probably doesn't help with hiding too much where Lucario are concerned...).  And that 'she' reviewed this information in advance before heading out to this semi-disastrous meeting with Mina.

'Well, go on, Mew.  It's not like I can give them the information myself right now.  'Archie Sterling's transferred the room, it's reserved until further notice under my name, we're using the third account he listed when they ask how we're paying for the room, and the authentication code for the 3rd account is Fox Fire.'  It's all written down in the ledger, we just need you to get this room reserved.'

If the Lucario noticed that the Mythical Mew 'herself' was invisibly floating around with their aura senses, then they choose not to react in any extraordinary/shooty manner, so you were fine with the jackel body guards. Your partner, after spending five seconds or so fixing the booking information in their mind, before 'he' faithfully (and with a hint of nervousness) recited it all to the receptionist, before waiting in anticipation for their reaction. They gave 'Reiner' another silent stare for two-three seconds, before looking down to their terminal to double check what you said was true, and then looking back at him to nod at them. The man pressed a hidden button, and the section of one of the walls slid open, revealing an elevator that was concealed until now. After that was done, the man handed your partner a slim black card key, and then focused his full attention back on their work, not sparing 'Reiner' or his group another glance from them on.

Well, with that settled, the whole group piles on the elevator, after which it seals up shut behind them and a built in monitor lights up and shows the what you recognize as the face of a Rotom staring everyone down. After it assess everyone was in the elevator and they were the right people on board, Rotom's monitor shifted to show the image of an up arrow for about a minute, after which the doors to the elevator opened once more, with the screen now displaying the words: "Penthouse Floor. Have a nice night, Reiner Arendse, Ms. Sterling, Police Officer Angelica, Special Agent Looker, Arial Copycat, Emily Fitzgerald, Mina Mab and Anomolous Human Woman." Sufficiently motived to get the heck out and head towards your room, the group exits the elevator (Which seals up shut behind them seamlessly when the last person/Pokémon leaves) and walked down a short hallway that had a few cameras along its length, and stopped when they found a Mr. Mime dressed as a Bulter was waiting at the door to the suite.

"Your card key, Mr. Arendse, if you would give it to me," it said in fluent English, yet another sign that this hotel was filthly stinking rich if they could train/breed a talking Mr. Mime butler. It swivel its head to regard the rest of the group, before their eyes finally rested on Kyubi, who started to figit under the psychic's gaze and attention. "Ah, its good to see you again, Ms. Sterling. Would you like me to prepare your usual Thursday meal, before drawing a bath and fetching a new white dress for you? You do look rather bedraggled and a right mess, if you forgive me for saying so Ms,"  they said, with a hint of warmth in their Britsh accented voice, with the fire fox being questioned becoming even more nervous and now faintly confused as the Mr. Mime Butler was addressing her with familiarity/kindness. 'Is-Is this Mr. Mime someone that Old Kyubi and Archie knew/were friends with? I-I don't remember them at all, but-but they seem to know a lot about who I was. Wh-wh-what do I? Wh-what do I say to them?' the kitsune thought to themselves in a panic strong enough for you to pick up them (The thoughts) up yourself. Uh oh, here come the complications!
