Eelektross is a cool Pokemon, I like it too. However, it has four points in Disobedience! Tynamo evolves by learing to produce its own electricity according to the book... Might need a bit of rping with this Pokemon outside of battle.

Which reminds me: need to get on doing that with Grid at some point.
