Read the other threads in the forum before complaining about stuff mentioned and solved in various other threads!
But if you're too lazy, here's the short version: Official devs of Uranium had disappeared when the server/official forum went down on September 2nd. Since then the game have been kept alive and updated via UNOFFICIAL PATCHES by the community and Unofficial devs. So no, storyline and side quests won't likely be updated anytime soon, but there's various bug fixes and whatnot around if you're willing to look instead of expecting to get spoon-fed answers.
