Ben won't outright murder a Fairy type unless it's blatent ly up to no good or provokes him , but he not going to be exactly close to them either . The only far he wants to brutally murder in the extreme automatically are the ones responsible for twisting his mother into.... THAT person

Blatantly up to no good might be doable if they'd encounter a Jackdeary, provoking him...Mawile?  Whatever it'd be, Shiva would either want to have it for herself or at least prevent Ventus from murdering it even after they've left the area. Which would likely lead to catching as well.

Or how about a Luxi, as it'd awake an argument about who of the two would catch it?

So long as the Fairies leave him, his family, and his friends alone, he won't bother with them, and if a friend catches them, its there responsibility to handle them, not his, so he won't freak out a murder them if they get up to shenanigans from that point on unless its REALLY scevy. If provoked, Ventus could probably be talked down by Shiva to let her handle the threat, but he's going full blown paranoid ruthless if a Fairy type tries to do something sinister to him/the group, so bidding would happen in that instance.

Ventus would let you have Luxi, since he'd be too conflicted over its very existence actually be able to take care of it properly, and that he's already has a Tandor dragon (Sorta) in the form of Lilith. Nathan/Heart might want it for himself, though, so bidding with either of them is a possibility.
