I dont know who is more evil. The Almanac to give birth to this type of Pokemon, or Nathan who is might even consider the plan in breed the Delta Houndoom. Its even worse then the time the plan of Arial (in Celadon City) in copy the form and DNA of Mew using a Duplicat.
