Yep, you all reach the pointy rock in one piece!

Nathan takes a moment to look around now that he's finally stopped running...

...there's Kirlia...Swiftfire...both bees...he's still holding the Great Ball containing Ditto...

...that flashing light...

...oh, right...he has 7 pokemon on hand again.  Well, at least the decision's an easy one this time.  Ditto's currently KOed, so off to the PC it goes!

...thinking back on that battle, though...it was...weird.  That Ditto was newly born, right?  So...why was it able to Transform into a Magnemite if it hadn't ever seen the species before?  Surely, turning into Swiftfire, Kirlia, one of the bees, one of Tandal's pokemon, or the Ligno would have been what should have happened, right?

This was weird...Nathan would have to look into this a bit more later...and probably also explain himself to the newly born pokemon...woo hoo...

Nathan and Kirlia have a sit down while waiting for everyone else to show up. Nathan thanks Zippy for his excellent performance in that battle, Princess for her support, and then sends the two of them off to gather some honey for themselves as a reward. Nom nom nom. They'd be back by the time the group reached Arrowroot Village. They're quite the efficient workers, that's for sure...though Nathan did suspect Princess was likely ordering Zippy to do the majority of the work...ah well, nothing particularly wrong with that. She was going to be a queen bee one day, after all...Nathan just hoped she would turn out to be a benevolent one...he might have to have another talk with her about that, just to make sure...
