The League mandates that a Professor be available every so many miles, and, well, this is the only civilization around. So I run a small Lab on the southeastern side of Arrowroot Village, and I breed trainers' first Pokemon there! Well, hardly any youths start their journey here, so I have some spares. Well, I'll trade them for just about anything you have to offer, as long as it's not trash, you know. Well, I'd even take a Rattata if it had a rare move or something. Carnivine is fairly common in this swamp, relative to the rest of Creshire, but it's not a fast-breeding species. Pineco is quite common, but I'll take it if it knows Selfdestruct. Here are the starters I am able to offer right now, one of each!"
