Well, after the experience about Arial be almost make a flambé, he will avoid make any type of jokes with Kyubi. If thats truth, the Merchant would be a hybrid between human and pokemon? Since I remember she uses double hit against Sekmet when Arial try to scare Reiner. In case of Kyubi, she is a Pokemon who was infused with a human soul. You indeed make a interesting mythology here Windos! Cursed Arms, human/Pokemon breeding, etc. Such fascinantion world!

A quick question: Legendaries it would normallly have dificuties in made childs, but what if happens if a Legendary give birth to with a human? The fetus would be dead because to not able to handle such level of power, or it will not have any trace of power?

And entering in the matter between Mew revive power: What might happens if a human revive with a excense of a Ditto?

The Merchant is the Merchant. They are completely and utterly themselves, regardless of lineage. Plus, they stated that they specifically trained themselves to surpass Pokémon in strength and capabilities, so that Double Hit could be their own unique version of the move/technique designed to swiftly kowtow unruly beasts/customers. That's all that I can say about them, really.

By and large, Legendaries and Mythical Pokémon don't interact with humans unless forced, so offspring between them are so rare as to be unheard of in millennia. Should a paring occur, however, the rules for breeding are much more loosy goosy, due to the fact that god + mortal breeding often have wacky/deranged results.

Notable examples of this: Latias and Latios, Water Nymphs/Uydines , The Children of Dreams and Darkness, certain Deoxys , Any children Mew herself may or may not have had while transformed into another Pokémon/human (Please ask her about this, it will be hilarious!) , technically Mewtwo (If he's been made yet, that is), Elves/Seele and Dark Elves/Unseelie , Meloetta, and Hoopta + Lesser Djin .

Revivng with a Ditto's essence would be.....odd, to say the least. 50% chance you'd just get a regular human with no visible anomalies but a Surprise/Metahuman quality, 25 % they would look normal but posses the same universal breeding/cloning aspect of Ditto, regenerative healing and universial compatibility with any and all lifeforms in any and all ways/methods , 15% you'd end up with a random freaky assortment of traits , and 10% you would basically create a Ditto Human, or to give a X-Men example Mystique (I think that is her name) and a MLP example Changlings (Only without having to feed on emotions). Using more Dittos increases the odds of making a Ditto Human, so yeah.
