Bad thing I dont have any STAB move Windos. The offencive move I have is feint attack T.T the only move Phantump know is Confuse Ray, Leech seed and Feint Attack. Phantom if you know anything to teach moves please help me teach Seed Bomb for Phantump...

Remember, you get Horn Leech when you evolve him, which is better than Seed Bomb.  There's also Astonish for 5 exp.  While it's weak, it's the same strength as Feint Attack and might Flinch the target.

Ingrain is another consideration, which would work great in combination with Leech Seed.  A lot harder to take something out when it's recovering 1-2 HP every turn.

Curse and Will-O-Wisp are also particularly nasty.
