So, may I join this event?

I feel like anyone is allowed to join, especially if it's completely your choice what you send into Wondertrade and what not. For example, a Pokemon not very worthy for you might be very worthy for someonelse. 4 and 5IV is very much 'good enough', I'm pretty sure people will send in freshly caught Pokemon as well. It may be a tiny bit of dishearting of you receive only 'bad' Pokemon, but this event is also something for those who are just starting their journey through Tandor and hope to receive something nice to take into their team.

In fact, why should you not join? ^^
