(12-10-2017, 07:08 PM)Lord Windos Wrote: In reponse for both women's kind words/advice/gestures , the empath gave a wane but true smile to the both of them, patted his birdpent on the head for their show of silent support, and afterwards placing a gentle hand on his dearest friend's shoulder and nodded. "Thank you, dear. I'm sorry for making you cry on my behalf, as no one should because of event from my distant past, but I'm grateful you care enough to shed them for me. Yes, I'll learn the melody tomorrow, but for now how about we celebrate this night with fine food and even more delightful cheer, instead of ruminating on such negative things?"
The hand of his gently on the shoulder Chicorita was not sitting and resting on felt soft and carefully brought her back to planet earth. With that and his words, she also managed to stop any more tears from falling. Everyone single one of them was precious and filled with pure emotions, a trace of melancholy was sparkling in them.
Placing one of her hand onto his, she now felt better enough to actually face at him again, but her gaze was still looking away. The smile remained. "Don't be...sorry for that. I shouldn't have been so moved by that in the first place, but... hehe, it must have gotten me. This is the place Azu evolved just yesterday after all, around the same time like right now... And now, around 24hours later, we two are here to share some time, aren't we... What a coincidence."
She moved her hand upwards to touch his cheek. Her gaze was still looking away, as the bonfire was much more interesting to watch. It also didn't care how she began to felt...weird. Somewhat warmer inside, which she was sure had nothing to do with the fire itself. "Yes, we can practice the melody tomorrow and see whether we can somewhat get the others to join us then. Celebrate... We can gladly stay a little longer here. I don't want to...dance, though... I'd rather stay here close to my two Grass Types and you, of course." At that point, she finally moved her gaze to meet his. "Thank you for...having agreed to come with me to this place in the first place."
Next, she closed eyes and came closer to give him a faint kiss...on the lips?!?! Jeez, she 'only' wanted to give him one on the cheek like she already did a few times either to thank him or plain mess and play with him, but somehow she ended up with doing THIS. It felt incredibly soft, sweet and new, just like the roasted marshmallow plants yesterday. Speaking of that, the roots are definitely burnt again by now.
Shiva held it only for a few moments though, before she broke the contact in an instant feeling of shock, still staring at him. What...has she done? He was seven years older than her, she wasn't quite sure how he saw her at all, she would hate any fibre of herself if she'd ruin their friendship just because of a moment here... That was also where the blush came ine, and IMMEDIATELY she looked away from that oddball of sociologist, while quickly removing her hand from his cheek to place it onto her lips instead. Hell.
Whoahw. What an unexpected thing to happen.
(I actually have a theme for this scene. Actually, it's for the whole preparing for the ritual. Return to Innocence)
