It would take a few minutes for affects of the medicine to fully kick in, but already he could feel the throbbing in his head diminish a bit, causing his pained smiled to become slightly less so as he silently thanked Shiva. With his head partially cleared up, the empath could now better focus on/detect Shiva's emotions, and he almost frowned in confusion when 'saw' a mixture of affection/disappointment/eagerness/shyness, which only grew (Her emotions + his confusion) as she answered his inquiry in the most oblique way.

Ventus pondered her offer for a bit, eye closed in though the whole time, before he re-opened them and gave her a curious look. "Hmm....while telling me would be the more prudent choice, a demonstration would better jog my memory of the event, and I would be better able to withstand the stimulus with repeated exposure in theory," the sociologist said, waving his hand around to convey his general reasoning for his decision, until he stopped and gave an expectant look to Shiva.
