I feel like Nathan's priorities will be rather different, considering the way time is ticking by back in Stair City!

I'm well aware of that, Iron! But before everyone dies because the vines take over the region (not really), might as well get that done. Wasn't planning this at all, it just came to my mind and I followed that idea.

I find it interesting that Shiva sees this whole thing about the ritual for the sake of the journey to the beginning of the land/ends of the earth not as a 'burden' or such, like Nathan does. Yes, they have their differences and she doesn't has familiy involved there, but let's not forget how she has a more adult mind/control over herself and would probably not break under the pressure if she had but concentrate how to make progress with the others after an initiate shock over how things have gone dire has somewhat faded. More so, she sees this as a thing she can not only directly contribute (yay!), but also somewhat grow as a person. Hopefully. Maybe.
