Oh... I just realized that even if you bring up the idea of evolving Phantump now, the trade cannot conducted right away as Shiva certainly NOT wants to bring any of her current Pokemon on hand near a Trading Machine. I've also promised and am keeping word to Valder to save evolving her Kadabra for evolving his Haunter in the same go, so that is no option either. Shiva does have to withdraw a Pokemon from her PC that will be traded, it'll be Pineco. However swapping a Pokemon at the current location takes 3hours, she won't wait so long with her own plans for the day. Sorry, do an Encounter or so in the meantime and we can evolve Phantump a little later this day.
