And 'Mew' quickly departs from the room to quickly write a note for Weavile in private. Fortunately, among other things, Taylor taught the pickpocket how to read...

The note is very obviously written in Reiner's style of writing.  That, and it's also written in Blackthorn's traditional, draconic language.  Yet one more thing Clair had drilled into him oh so long ago...and it frustrated Proton to no end that Reiner was able to write messages only Reiner, Weavile, and Petrel could read (and Mew definitely can as well).

...I overreacted a bit, Weavile...but I don't want to see you get hurt because of...well, to be blunt, you going a bit overboard.  Remember what Taylor used to say?  A good thief only steals what they need.

Not to say you aren't a good thief, but...well, we all slip up sometimes, I guess...you didn't see it, but I know I certainly did tonight...got floored by that big, red, muscular bug we'd heard oh so much about...it's been a rough night for everyone, and I ended up taking it out on you to some degree...sorry about that...

...have some sushi and sitrus berries.  I've also asked for some catnip to be delivered.  I'll bring it to ya when it arrives.  Everyone needs a break every once in awhile, right?

Oh, and if I may make a suggestion, definitely try the red wine if you get a chance.  I imagine Mr. Mime is going to bring that bottle back for 1 or 2 refills, so that might be a good opportunity to get some.  Kyubi assures me that it's worth every penny.

Hopefully, Weavile will be willing to read a note that can only possibly be from Reiner himself...welp, time to go find him and bring him some of the sushi and gourmet sitrus berries...
