In this case, Heart decided to train a bit with his pokemon. Decided to train with Tynamo to help him uses his energy to help him evolve (1 Training session with him). Also he train Viktor, since he demonstrate the wish to get stronger and to help increase the loaylty between trainer and pokemon, since trade its not a good experience for any Pokemon and too increase the happiness between them and make him feel (Viktor) grow stronger (1 Training session). And for the last he take Nidorino for train, to help increase they proximity, and for at least help his rebel side (1 Training session).
